Purpose
Single-class library published as the MaintainanceTools.BaseFaultHandlingJobs NuGet package. BaseRetrySimpleJob wraps a SimpleJob's Execute in a Polly wait-and-retry policy (10-minute backoff multiples) that catches WebException, WebSocketException, FaultException, CommunicationException and similar transient/communication errors, logging each retry. Job repos in the estate inherit from it to make scheduled jobs resilient to flaky WCF/HTTP calls.
