Domains
The estate broken down by what it does for Travel Counsellors and their customers. The mapping is system generated from repo names and purposes; a curated entry in the owners file always wins, and every repo page shows its mapped domain. Click any card for that domain's KPIs and repo list.
Modernisation progress
How far each area has moved, computed from the estate data: 40% supported runtimes, 20% running in AWS, 20% outside the entangled kernel, 20% average health. Tick markers show where each area stood at previous assessment runs and accrue monthly. "Area of focus" flags the domains carrying the deliberately frozen legacy core, where the strategy is protect and shrink rather than modernise in place.
The three product areas
The platform as it is usually discussed: Phenix (the agent selling platform and its back office), TC Co-Pilot, and myTC, with everything serving more than one area under shared platform.
